Our Commitment

We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for single appointments and a 48-hour notice for multiple appointments on the same day, such as spa packages or couples’ services. Cancellations or rescheduling outside of these windows can be done without penalty. If you need to cancel or reschedule within these time frames, we collect 50% of the scheduled service fees. All no-shows are billed at 100% of scheduled services. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with exceptional service.
