Your safety is our responsibility; we uphold the highest sanitation standards, ensuring every tool and surface is meticulously cleaned and sterilized.

We recommend booking an appointment in advance to guarantee availability. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened. Our On-Time Guarantee: If you have a scheduled appointment and experience a wait time of more than 30 minutes, your booked service will be free as an apology for the delay.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Gratuities go 100% to the technicians and are greatly appreciated. We follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and equipment. If you have any skin conditions, infections, or allergies, please inform your technician before the service. We do not offer refunds on services. We provide a 10-day repair policy—if you experience any issues with your nails within 10 days, we offer a complimentary fix. (Only applies for nail service with gel polish) We use high-end products, and your nails should last at least two weeks with proper care. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can address any concerns.

For safety reasons, children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables with you. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.
