Our Commitment:

At White Lotus Salon, we emphasize continuing education to enable us to deliver high-quality nail and lash services at affordable prices. Our team members remain consistently well-trained and updated with the latest techniques, fashion trends, and customer service practices. We are dedicated to ensuring that our clients feel heard and well-cared for while providing top-notch customer service in a healthy and hygienic environment.

Customer Policy:

We guarantee our work for 72 hours after your service. This includes chips, polish damage, or a broken nail and is free of charge to fix. Kindly note that a 30% service fee will apply to reschedules and cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance. We value your time and ours; therefore, we would like to remind you that we will charge 100% of your service fee in the case of a no-show. Your health and safety are imperative to us; therefore, if there are any wounds on your hands or nails, we may decline your service. This includes non-healthy nails/disease or fungus. It is important to know if there are any health concerns or issues that may affect your service. Unfortunately, if you do not speak up during your service, we will not offer a refund or credit.
